A crystal clear provision in the Help America Vote Act demands a new registrant must prove identify with either a driver's license or the last four of a Social Security. But, whoops, NC has consistently not complied with this federal law and is now being called to account. Thank you, DOJ, and Assistant AG Dhillon. Some lawsuits are annoying. Some are incredibly helpful. This is incredibly helpful.
